Abstrak

This community services aims to determine the feasibility of the contemporary Bubble Haluw drink business in Poka Village (Depok 5) Teluk Ambon District, looking at all aspects of the business feasibility study including financial aspects and non-financial aspects which include legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological and human resource management aspects. The data used is qualitative and quantitative data obtained using checklist techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative technique on the legal, environmental, market and marketing aspects, technology and human resource management and a feasibility study analysis technique on the financial aspect. The results of the analysis show that the current Bubble Haluw beverage business from a legal aspect is feasible, the environment is feasible, market and marketing aspects are appropriate, technical and technological aspects are appropriate and human resource management aspects are appropriate.
