PENERAPAN APLIKASI “AKUNTANSI UKM” BERBASIS ANDROID PADA PELAPORAN KEUANGAN UMKM JASA BINTANG SALON

Abstrak

Bintang Salon, a service MSME in Rumah Tiga, Ambon City, is one of the business actors who face challenges in financial management. As a service business, Bintang Salon always has daily transactions, but it has not been supported by an adequate financial recording system. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques we use are, (1) Observation, (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation We introduce the SME Accounting application to business owners as a solution to record business financial transactions digitally. The implementation of the SME Accounting application at Bintang Salon has succeeded in overcoming various problems faced in financial management. The digitization of financial records that was previously done manually has shifted to a more efficient and accurate system. With this application, business owners can produce structured financial reports, minimize recording errors, and improve understanding of the financial condition of the business in real-time. In addition, the application of this technology also contributes to increasing digital and financial literacy, which is very important for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in the digital era. This success not only provides benefits for Bintang Salon, but can also be an application model that can be adapted by other MSMEs.
