Abstrak

The HR management and payroll cycles are two crucial aspects of any business. Implementing a sound accounting information system is essential for smooth business operation. Therefore, we conducted interviews and direct observations at Coffee Ujung JMP Ambon to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation of the Human Resources (HR) management cycle and payroll system. Data collected during the interviews covered recruitment, selection, employee training, performance evaluation, and payroll mechanisms. The interviews revealed that HR and payroll management are still managed directly by the business owner, using a simple system.
