AKSI KOLEKTIF KELOMPOK TANI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA TANI AGROFORESTRI DI NEGERI HATIVE BESAR KOTA AMBON

Abstrak

Community Service Activities (PkM) were carried out in Hative Besar, Ambon City in November 2023 with the aim of transferring knowledge and technology to the community regarding agroforestry management patterns and the importance of collective action in developing farming businesses. The methods used in PkM activities are observation, counseling and training/tutorial methods. Observation results show that there are 2 planting patterns applied by farmers in Hative Besar in managing hamlets, namely the fence planting pattern (Trees Along Bolders) and the random mixed planting pattern (Mixture randome). The PKM activities carried out by the team through counseling and training/tutorials have had a positive impact on the community, namely increasing the community's knowledge about "dusung" agroforestry management and developing agricultural products. Apart from mutual cooperation (masohi) as a form of collective action, farmer groups must be maintained by the community as a cultural value and local wisdom.
