Abstrak
The 2026 Teon Nila Serua (TNS) District Education Fair was a community service initiative based on a pentahelix partnership model involving Pattimura University Community Service Program students and the TNS District Government. The program was conducted to enhance learning motivation among students in post-migration communities, strengthen cultural memory among the younger generation, and commemorate National Education Day. The activities were implemented through three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation phase included a healthy walk, TNS Music aerobic exercises, and six educational competition categories involving participants from early childhood education to youth levels. The program attracted approximately 500 participants, including representatives from local government, military personnel, schools, and community members. A key outcome was observed in the TNS Migration History Storytelling Competition, where junior high school students actively explored and communicated local historical narratives through creative storytelling. This activity encouraged collective historical reflection and strengthened awareness of the transmigration history of their ancestral islands. Overall, the Education Fair served as an effective community empowerment model that promoted participation, preserved cultural memory, and fostered awareness of quality, inclusive, child-friendly, and local wisdom-based education in the TNS District.
