ANALISIS PERAMALAN (FORECASTING) PENDAPATAN WARUNG PUTRA RONGGOLAWE MENGGUNAKAN METODE LEAST SQUARE

Abstrak

This study analyzes the application of the least square method at Warung Putra Ronggolawe to enhance operational efficiency and inventory management. The least square method is utilized to predict the demand for raw materials and culinary products based on historical sales data. The research aims to optimize the production process, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. Through the collection and analysis of sales data, this study develops a least square model to assist the management of the warung in stock planning, procurement of raw materials, and production scheduling. The results indicate that the implementation of the least square method can reduce operational costs and enhance inventory management efficiency at Warung Putra Ronggolawe. The practical implications of this research include the development of more effective inventory management strategies that are responsive to market demand fluctuations, thereby enhancing the warung's competitiveness in the local culinary industry.
