GEROBAK BIRU" SMEs refer to micro, small, and medium enterprises that use blue carts as a distinctive feature. These carts typically operate in the food and beverage sector in strategic locations such as roadsides, traditional markets, and special events. Despite facing challenges such as changing government regulations and business competition, blue carts have a positive impact on the local economy by creating jobs and supporting local producers. This dedication to blue carts uses the PKM method with preparation, observation, interviews, and data compilation stages using the least square method to predict sales. The results ofthe dedication show that the use of this statistical method is important in business planning to improve sales prediction accuracy and better decision-making.
