Abstrak
Azzikra Mebel is a furniture business located in Poka, Wailela, which has been involved in the furniture business since 2006 and is a business engaged in the manufacture of wood-based furniture, such as chairs, cupboards, doors, windows, kitchen sets and others, according to customer orders. By having sales data every month, the company must be able to predict sales well. The problem that companies generally face is how to predict future sales based on past sales data. This prediction greatly influences the decision to determine the amount of wood required. provided by the company. Therefore, the company must apply a method that can estimate the size of the movement of sales data in the future, called the forecasting method that will be used to predict sales in this case is the Least Square method. The results of this research are the prediction results for the predicted month, namely June - December. With sales of 10,000,000 in June, 10.300,000 in July. 100,600,000 in August, 10,650,000 in September, 11,088,887 in October, 11,372,214 in November, and 12,637,388 in December, which can later be used as a reference for sales preparations for that year and beyond
