Abstrak

The Burgerak business is a business operating in the food and beverage industry which provides a number of contemporary snack products among the public. In running this business, a business feasibility study is needed because this is the initial stage which becomes a reference in business and business development. Feasibility research on Umkm Burgerak aims to find out whether this business is feasible or not. The research method was carried out using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observation of business premises. The method used in this research is analyzing legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical operational aspects, financial aspects, organizational management aspects, socio-economic aspects, and analysis of the Burgerak business amdal. The findings show that Burgerak's business is considered feasible and has good business prospects.
