Bullying in the school environment is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on students' physical, emotional and psychological development. This article discusses the phenomenon of bullying at SMK Negeri 1 Dobo from a legal perspective and efforts to prevent it from an early age. Using a legal approach, this research identifies the forms of bullying that occur and examines existing regulations to deal with this problem. Apart from that, preventive efforts are also the main focus, involving schools, students and parents in creating a safe and supportive environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of more effective school policies to prevent and deal with bullying.
