PENERAPAN APLIKASI CLICK EXCEL ACCOUNTING DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA UMKM DEPOT AIR VIAR

Abstrak

Depot Air VIAR is a business providing drinking water refilling services, which faces challenges in financial recording and management using manual methods. This results in slow, less accurate record-keeping and difficulties for the owner in preparing timely financial reports. Based on interviews with the owner, two main issues were identified: limited financial recording capabilities and difficulties in preparing accurate financial reports. To address these issues, this project aims to assist Depot Air VIAR by implementing the Click Excel Accounting (CEA) Application for more effective financial recording and more accurate and timely financial reporting. Through observation, interviews, consultations, and report preparation, the CEA application was implemented to record transactions and generate automated financial reports. This application enables more structured, accurate, and efficient transaction recording. The results of this project demonstrate a significant improvement in the financial management of Depot Air VIAR, with better record-keeping and more timely financial reports, supporting more effective decision-making and business development.
