PENERAPAN APLIKASI KEUANGAN RANDU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKURASI DAN EFISIENSI KEUANGAN PADA UMKM VINYL SALON

Abstrak

Salon Vinyl encounters significant challenges in financial recording, which is still conducted manually and limited to income, expenses, and operational costs. The lack of basic accounting knowledge among the SME owner hinders the preparation of complete and accurate financial statements. This project aims to assist the SME in adopting improved financial recording practices through the Randu-Accounting SME application. The approach involves observation, interviews, consultation, and application implementation. Observation is carried out to understand the SME's financial condition, followed by interviews regarding recording activities. Consultations with lecturers provide technical guidance on using the Randu application, which simplifies data entry and automates financial report preparation.

The implementation of this application demonstrates that the recording and reporting processes become more efficient, accurate, and structured compared to manual methods. By leveraging technology, SMEs can minimize recording errors, gain a better understanding of their financial condition, and enhance professionalism in financial management. This project emphasizes the importance of adopting simple technologies like the Randu application for SMEs to support business sustainability through better and more modern financial management.
