PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN APLIKASI RANDU UKM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKURASI LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA UMKM JASA SERVIS RS 3 BATUMERA, AMBON

Abstrak

The objective of this activity is to implement the Randu UKM Application at UMKM RS 3 in Batumerah, Ambon, which operates in the service sector. Prior to the implementation of this application, UMKM RS 3 had never used any applications or transaction books, resulting in the absence of financial reports. The lack of financial reports certainly impacts the sustainability of the business, as it leads to decision-making based on limited data and difficulty in managing cash flow. The implementation of the Randu UKM Application aims to improve the accuracy and systematics of transaction recording, thus generating better financial reports. Through this activity, we provided training to the business owner of RS 3 on how to use the application for transaction recording and the creation of more structured financial reports. The expected outcome is improved accuracy and efficiency of financial reports, which will support better decision-making in business operations. This activity also evaluates the benefits and challenges faced by UMKM in adopting accounting technology for more organized financial management. It is hoped that the results of this community service activity can contribute to the progress of UMKM in Batumerah and raise awareness of the importance of technology in financial management.
