Abstrak

Rafa Bakery Factory is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in bakery production with relatively stable market demand. However, to ensure business sustainability and future development, a comprehensive business feasibility study is required. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of Rafa Bakery Factory based on seven business feasibility aspects, namely legal, market and marketing, technical and operational, management and human resources, environmental, social and economic, and financial aspects. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that Rafa Bakery Factory is feasible to operate and develop, as it fulfills all business feasibility aspects and demonstrates promising business prospects.
