Abstrak
Sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) is a tropical plant species that grows well in several Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia. The utilization of sugar palm is generally similar across different regions, as nearly all parts of the plant can be utilized and have economic value. However, the limited understanding among the residents of Titawaai Village regarding the utilization of sugar palm sap and other parts of the plant highlights the need for community outreach to promote their processing into economically valuable products. This Community Service Program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of local communities and farmers in identifying and optimally utilizing sugar palm sap and other plant parts to produce value-added products. The program also sought to raise awareness and strengthen the community's knowledge and practical skills in sugar palm utilization. The methods employed included educational activities and practical training. The results indicated that community members and farmers began to recognize and understand the importance of processing sugar palm sap and other parts of the plant into new products with economic value.
