PEMBUATAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA USAHA JASA ARISYA PRINT MELALUI PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN APLIKASI RANDU AKUNTANSI

Abstrak

Preparing financial reports is certainly an important factor for SMEs. Many micro, small and medium scale businesses (SMEs) experience difficulties in recording transactions, analyzing data and preparing financial reports, one of which is the Arisya Print service business which is caused by not knowing how to record and prepare standardized financial reports, even if you don't know about the existence of accounting applications, one of which is (Randu Akuntansi). This research aims to apply the accounting application (Randu) to one of the MSMEs in the field of photocopy and print services Namely ARISYA PRINT. Data was collected by interviews and direct observation of transaction data and financial records which were still manual. The research results show that the application of the Randu Akuntansi application is very useful because it can store financial data well, makes it easier to search for financial data and speeds up making financial reports effectively and efficiently, so that it can support a more effective and efficient decision making process and can find out about profits and losses in financial reports without having to record and calculate manually so it is faster and more efficient. So, the obstacle in this research is initial adaptation, and training needs are still a challenge that needs to be addressed. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide insight for MSME players regarding the benefits of accounting applications, one of which is (Randu) in supporting better financial management.
