Abstrak

This research discusses long-term strategic planning in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), using a case study of Ginza Kitchen. MSMEs play an important role in Indonesia’s economy, including in the culinary sector. One such MSME, Ginza Kitchen, was chosen due to the resilience and leadership of its owner, Kak Ginswa Vinisella Maskat, who managed to keep the business running and growing despite various challenges such as intense competition, declining income, and fluctuations in customer numbers. These conditions have caused internal issues, especially in covering operational costs and employee salaries. Established in 2023, Ginza Kitchen was created to meet the public's demand for affordable, fast food with authentic flavors. This study uses a qualitative approach with direct interviews and field observations to collect data that reflects the actual conditions in the business. The results show that product innovation, cost management, appropriate pricing, social media promotion, and operational efficiency are key factors in supporting business growth. The aim of this research is to find out how Ginza Kitchen applies its business strategies and planning to increase profitability and ensure business sustainability. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference or inspiration for other MSME owners in developing more focused and sustainable long-term business plans.
