ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI SIKLUS PENGELUARAN KAS PADA PT. PINUS MERAH ABADI CABANG AMBON

Abstrak

This community service aims to analyze the accounting information system in the expenditure cycle at PT. Pinus Merah Abadi, an UMKM engaged in Sales and Distribution in Ambon. The research method used is descriptive case study. Data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with business owners. The results of the community service show that transaction recording is done manually, with the use of double-sided notes in white and red and simple applications that are not fully integrated. The current system still has weaknesses such as late reporting, data inconsistencies, and the absence of a standard reporting format.
