This Community Service was carried out through a direct interview on May 6 2025 with Mr. Hasfan Nurdin, Operational Manager of Pizza Hut Wailela Ambon. The purpose of the interview is to find out more about the implementation of the Human Resources (HR) cycle and payroll systems in restaurants. Interviews cover recruitment, employee selection, training, performance evaluation, and payroll procedures. The interview results show that Pizza Hut Wailela Ambon implements a continuous HR cycle from recruitment to performance appraisal, with a salary system that is in line with central company policy. Payroll components include basic salary, allowances and performance-based incentives. This interview shows that HR management and payroll at Pizza Hut Ambon are structured and support the effectiveness of restaurant operations.
