Abstrak

This activity aims to provide recommendations for types of fun learning that can be implemented at SDN 07 and SDN 109 Negeri Ihamahu. Fun learning is a method that teachers and teaching staff can choose to create an engaging educational experience, helping students avoid boredom during lessons. This descriptive research seeks to provide a comprehensive overview of community service activities by the Indonesian Youth Trail community in Ihamahu State, Saparua, Central Maluku. Participants in this research consisted of two schools: SDN 07 and SDN 109 Negeri Ihamahu. The activity received a positive response from participants, demonstrating that fun learning is well-suited for implementation in elementary schools. The fun learning methods used included both outdoor and indoor activities: a) Recycle Day: A work program designed to raise student awareness in Ihamahu State about the importance of recycling waste into reusable items with economic value. b) School Nature: A work program conducted outside the classroom, featuring four activity stations, each with a unique activity. c) Window Nusantara: A program held outside of school hours to foster children's interest in reading in Ihamahu. The program took place along the coast of Ihamahu State and was attended by children from elementary to middle school levels. d) English Day: A program inspired by real challenges faced by students in Ihamahu State. Basic English material was taught to students in grades 1 through 6 at SDN 07 and SDN 109. Through these fun learning methods, students became more engaged in their studies, fostered knowledge and interests, and utilized the rich resources available in their beautiful school environment.
