IMPLEMENTASI SEMINAR LITERASI KEUANGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU FINANSIAL DAN KESADARAN DIGITAL PADA ANAK DAN REMAJA

Abstrak

This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy, digital literacy, and psychological strengthening among children and adolescents through the program entitled “Financial Literacy Seminar: Smart Financial Management.” The activity was conducted in collaboration with TBM Arika at Syaloom Church Hall, targeting youth under the age of 20 and Sunday school children. The method applied was an educational and participatory approach, including interactive lectures, discussions, educational games, and simple financial management simulations. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of distinguishing between needs and wants, the importance of saving, and basic skills in managing pocket money. In addition, there was an increase in awareness of responsible digital technology use, as well as the ability to recognize and manage emotions. The program also produced outputs in the form of social media publications and a draft scientific article. Overall, this program has a positive impact on shaping wise financial behavior, enhancing digital awareness, and supporting early character development. The program also has strong potential to be developed sustainably in various communities.
